Wrong color shipped consecutively
I keep ordering Extreme red & it's was also advertised as such & keep getting Ruby Red. It's not the same.

My order
When I added a product that was an extra bonus it did not give me a chance to add another few dollars for free shipping. The company representative called back within a few hours and handled my issue immediately!
Only other issue is the product does stain my shower when using the conditioner.. also it is hard to handle these issues on line as my issue was not one listed for information to the company and you cannot add it in

To check on the address of my package
I changed my address when I ordered my product but the order still went to my old address. There is no one to call and check so I had to physically go to my old address to get my order.

Cant find your extreme silver color. If you no longer carry this color what would you recommend to replace it and get the same results
Resolved: Missing product
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Overtone sent the missing product in another shipment.
I prefer to talk to a person, but I could not find a phone number anywhere on their website. I only found a number on pissedconsumer.com. When I called it offered me no options except to leave a voicemail. No way to talk to a person.
I left a voicemail. I sent an email after that and received an automated response that said it would take them a week to get back to me! The message seemed dated because it mentioned being closed for the July 4th holiday and it is now the 29th.
The fact that they did not update their automated email message makes me question whether they will actually get back to me at. I will update this whenever/if I get a real response.
